Thibaut supports the team’s business development and M&A efforts.
Prior to joining Syntagma, Thibaut gained experience in Private Equity at the family office SGPA and in Corporate Financing in Real Estate at In’li.
Thibaut graduated with a Double Degree between École Centrale de Lille and EDHEC Business School with an MSc in Climate Change & Sustainable Finance jointly delivered by EDHEC Business School and Mines Paris PSL in 2025.
Thibaut is fluent in French and English
