Rudi is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with global experience in diverse industries (Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food, Aviation, Construction Industry, …). As CHRO he has been an Executive Committee member of listed companies as well as Management Board member of private equity backed businesses. He has extensive experience in the M&A field and led several post-merger integrations. He has a proven track record as an HR business partner and change agent in both growing and rightsizing environments. He has worked for British Petroleum, Inspec (Ineos), BASF, UCB, Cytec (Allnex), Brussels Airlines and Tessenderlo Group. Today he is CHRO and co-Managing Director of ASK Chemicals, a global private equity backed company with headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany).
Rudi holds an MS in Organizational Psychology and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Economics, both from the University of Leuven. He is fluent in Dutch, French, English and German.
