Paul is based in Syntagma’s Luxembourg office and is a member for the firm’s operations team, where he oversees operations for the firm’s portfolio of businesses. He also provides operations support on M&A transactions.

Prior Joining Syntagma, Paul has built nearly 20 years of experience over 4 continents supervising finance and operations of industrial companies in the automotive, aeronautical, chemical, metal and mining sectors.

Prior to joining Syntagma, was Finance Director for Cobham Aerospace Communication, an Advent International Company, which sold to Thales in April 2024. Prior to that Paul was the General Manager Asia for EverZinc supervising the entirety of the business in the region and its three plants. From 2015 to 2018, Paul was a Senior Vice President at Opengate Capital where he has supervised a variety of portfolio companies ensuring their proper integration and performance as well as supporting the M&A execution. Paul has also held several CFO positions for Valeo factories in Korea and started his career with Eramet in the USA, Malaysia and Gabon.
Paul holds a MBA from ESSEC Business School in France. He is fluent in English and French.
