Javier Gimeno is a Senior Advisor to Syntagma Capital. He brings more than 30 years of international leadership experience, including over a decade as a Senior Vice-President and Executive Committee Member of Saint-Gobain, a global leader in construction and advanced materials.

During his career, Javier held several CEO positions within Saint-Gobain, leading operations across Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and Europe. He has extensive experience in business transformation, international expansion, industrial operations, and M&A, having overseen major acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic joint ventures across multiple markets.

Javier serves and has served on the boards of numerous international companies and organizations. He holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Law Degree from the University of Navarra. He is fluent in Spanish, French, English, and Portuguese
