Fabio is responsible for deal origination, due diligence and transaction execution.

Prior to joining Syntagma, he built up 20+ years of experience in the chemical and IT industry in 4 different countries. He spent 13 years at Solvay in Finance, M&A, Strategy and Business Development positions including as the CFO of a specialty chemical carve-out division sold to a private equity fund. As a Senior M&A Manager at Solvay, he led 13 worldwide transactions worth €2.1bn and spearheaded several complex carve-outs. He also worked for KPMG in their Corporate Finance department and started his career as an IT specialist in the capital markets.

Fabio holds a M.S. in Economics from the University of São Paulo and a Technical Degree in Telecommunications from the Federal Institute of São Paulo. He is fluent in English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and Japanese.
