Benjamin is a Partner at Syntagma based in the firm’s Paris office.

He is responsible for legal and compliance matters, transaction execution and deal origination. He is a member of the Investment Committee and the Portfolio Committee of the firm.

Prior to joining Syntagma, Benjamin was the Founding Partner at PACT AVOCATS. Prior to PACT AVOCATS, he was also a Partner at FriehBouhenic, Senior Associate at Weil Gotshal & Manges and Associate at Allen & Overy in London and Paris. Benjamin has 20 years of experience as a M&A, private equity, financing and restructuring lawyer. He has advised private equity funds, financial institutions, corporates and debt funds in more than 200 transactions across the European mid-market.

Benjamin holds a Law Degree from Paris Sorbonne University. He is fluent in French and English.
