Prior to joining Syntagma, Alicia gained experience within VC fund Leadblock Partners in London and as a financial auditor at Deloitte in Paris.
Alicia graduated with a Master in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC, France and a Bachelor in Economics & Management from Université Paris-Saclay, France.
Alicia is fluent in French and English.
