Ludovic joined Syntagma in 2021 and was involved in the acquisition of Aginode while Gabriele joined in 2022 and was involved in the acquisition of Erasteel, LENNOX EMEA and the recently announced acquisition of the wet-end leather chemicals of Stahl.
