Brussels, May 3rd, 2024 – Syntagma Capital a Brussel, Belgium-based private equity firm focused on corporate carve-outs and other complex situations in the middle market, announced that Paul Hoddé has joined the firm.

Paul Hoddé joins the firm as Principal, Operations. In this role, Paul will support the operations and portfolio management of the firm’s investments working alongside the Partners and the portofolio companies’ senior leadership. Paul will also support the identification of value creation opportunities and design of carve-outs for new investments.

Prior to joining Syntagma, Paul was a Director – Projects Finance with Cobham Aerospace Communications, a portfolio company of Advent International. Paul was also Managing Director Asia of EverZinc, a global provider of specialty zinc materials after serving as a Senior Vice President Operations at OpenGate Capital. Paul started his career with Valeo and Eramet where he held several operational and finance roles in Europe, Asia and the US.
