Béatrice joined Syntagma’s Advisory Board in January 2023.

Prior to joining Syntagma, Béatrice built up 20 years of experience in the aluminium industry (Pechiney, Alcan, Rio Tinto, Constellium), where she held top strategy positions: M&A, Post-Merger Integration, Business Planning, both in France and in the US. Amongst her most recent achievements: the development of Constellium’s ESG strategy and the decarbonation roadmap of French Mines and Metals industry. She has also been involved in trade topics at European level.

Béatrice started her career at the French Ministry for Defence (Procurement Agency) and after 5 years as a headhunter, she joined Aerospatiale, one of the predecessors of Airbus group. She used to be the VP Sales Europe of the missiles activities.

Béatrice graduated as an engineer at Ecole Polytechnique Paris and specialized in aeronautics at ISAE (Toulouse). She was also trained at IHEDN (Advanced Defence Studies). She is fluent in English, French and German.
