Tom supports the team’s business development, M&A, and portfolio management efforts.

Prior to joining Syntagma, Tom gained experience with Bain & Company (Brussels) working in their Energy & Natural Resources(ENR) practice, developing inorganic value creation strategies for corporate clients.

Tom holds a MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London (London).
He is fluent in French and English.
