Maximilian is an Analyst in the investment team at Syntagma Capital. Before joining the firm, he gained experience in strategy consulting and private equity, including a full-time role at ADM Trust in Zurich, where he worked on financial modelling, strategic due diligence, and cross-border M&A projects. He also completed an internship at INDEFI in Paris, focusing on strategic due diligence and market analysis.
He holds a Master in Strategic Management (M&A specialization) from HEC Paris and a Bachelor in International Management from Hochschule Hof, including an exchange semester in finance and economics at SKK Business School in South Korea.
