Dominique supports the team on general management, ESG matters and chemical topics.

Prior to joining Syntagma’s board, Dominique spent 35 years with Solvay in various positions. Notably as part of the Executive Team leading the global shared services of the group from 2014 to 2019. Prior to this, she held various senior positions and board memberships across the PVC, compounds and plastics divisions of Solvay in Europe, Brazil, Russia and Asia.

Dominique holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from Catholic University of Louvain, Belgium and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
